About Us
My professional journey began in 1986, and over the next 36+ years I had the privilege of growing within one organization for more than two decades, an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of people, leadership, and organizational culture.
Those years taught me that leadership is less about authority and more about responsibility — the responsibility to develop people, align purpose, and build institutions that outlast individuals.
After superannuating in 2021, I began the next phase of my journey through North Star, my facilitation and advisory practice.
I believe that every professional carries within them a deeper potential waiting to be nurtured, and that organizations thrive when individuals are encouraged to grow not only in competence, but also in character and purpose.
Through workshops, off-site interventions, coaching conversations, and leadership dialogues, I continue to work with entrepreneurs, CEOs, CXOs, young managers, and aspiring professionals who are committed to building stronger organizations and better futures.

Leadership Development – Specialty Chemicals Manufacturer
Designed and delivered a year-long leadership development intervention titled “Nurturing Leaders.” The program comprised five modules — Kshamata, Prabhaav, Sakshaam, Prayaas, and Samarth — aimed at enhancing leadership capacity, capability, and competency. Participants attended quarterly three-day off-site learning interventions over a one-year period.
Leadership & Transformation Program – Senior Leadership Team
Designed and delivered a six-month program for a leadership team focusing on Leadership, Execution Excellence, Accelerating Performance, and Driving Transformation (LEAD). The intervention included three two-day workshops conducted across the six-month period.
Collaboration & Accountability – Renewable Energy Organization
Designed and facilitated an intervention to strengthen collaboration and accountability between Head Office and site teams. The program involved joint workshops conducted at both the head office and an off-site camp, encouraging cross-functional dialogue and alignment.
Sales Capability Development – Luxury Retail Group
Conducted capability-building programs for the sales teams of luxury showrooms in Ahmedabad, focusing on unlocking personal potential, strengthening consumer relationship management, and building excellence in premium sales engagement.
HR Advisory & Leadership Support – Multinational Manufacturing Firm
Providing ongoing HR advisory support, including mentoring the HR function and advising the CEO on HR development initiatives and people capability building.
Faculty Engagement – Private Universities
Designed and facilitated programs for faculty members focused on teamwork, ownership, and collaboration, conducted through fortnightly engagement sessions over a quarter.
Work–Life Balance Intervention – Regenerative Agriculture Organization
Designed and delivered a reflective leadership intervention built around the philosophy, “Balance is not something you find; it is something you create.”
The program comprised four modules: Wheel of Life, Time Management Matrix, Values & Vices (Retain & Release), and Flourish, enabling CXOs to open up, reflect, and translate insights into action.
Organizational Values & Employee Engagement – Infrastructure Company
Facilitated the percolation of vision, mission, and values across the organization. Conducted an employee pulse survey, analyzed feedback, and initiated the design of development interventions aligned with the insights gathered.
Current Engagement – Construction Equipment Manufacturing Organization
Facilitating a multi-cohort leadership intervention focused on enhancing effectiveness at four levels: Self, Others, Organization, and Future Growth.
