My professional journey began in 1986, and over the next 36+ years I had the privilege of growing within one organization for more than two decades, an experience that deeply shaped my understanding of people, leadership, and organizational culture.
Those years taught me that leadership is less about authority and more about responsibility — the responsibility to develop people, align purpose, and build institutions that outlast individuals.
After superannuating in 2021, I began the next phase of my journey through North Star, my facilitation and advisory practice.
I believe that every professional carries within them a deeper potential waiting to be nurtured, and that organizations thrive when individuals are encouraged to grow not only in competence, but also in character and purpose.
Through workshops, off-site interventions, coaching conversations, and leadership dialogues, I continue to work with entrepreneurs, CEOs, CXOs, young managers, and aspiring professionals who are committed to building stronger organizations and better futures.
